No not from my bike ride ..
That went excellent we just went at a good pace and covered quite a bit of distance, i really enjoyed it i enjoyed the exersise ..
I am feeling tender because i drank a bottle of Magners last night, i love it, now as some of you may know i dont drink... the odd occasional glass but thats about it so last night i decided to get drunk.
This morning i have paid for it, not rough wise or anything but sick ... I went into town as my little neice has the chicken pox ..... or cheeky spots as she likes to call them i went into boots to get some calomine lotion, and when i got there i was ill .. i had to rush down a side alley and well... you know what i did.. i dont know if i should put it down to the Magners or now but boy was i sick ...
I have literally got in from town and crawled into bed .. i feel like shit
