Thank you. If those body areas are unable to take much weight, thats what I need to know.
An "instinctive" feeling that the weight won't hold can often be wrong when it comes to suspension. When most people hear about regular hook suspension for the first time they often can't believe that a few pinches of skin can take the weight of a whole person without tearing, but incredibly they will in most cases. I don't doubt your expertise in terms of the products you make and their safe use- it is useful to know that you strongly advise against single-point suspension from the vagina or anus. The question of how much weight *can* safely be taken by the body using one of these hooks seems like an important one. I would imagine that most people would want to feel a certain amount of "trauma" in the area when suspending (of course, not so much that they would need medical treatment!) and would therefore want to put some weight on the hook, but could also use flesh hooks (or possibly just rope etc) to share the body's weight. If you have any specific info about these body areas and the weight they can be expected to take, please can you tell me more about it.
In all honesty, I won't be using them myself. Insertion of any item into a vagina or anus seems like a more sexual act than I would personally be interested in at present. I do think it would be useful information to post here for the benefit of others who may want to make a purchase, and in addition it's a piece of suspension trivia that I would be fascinated to know Edited 31 Mar 07, 1:38 AM by Hermaphroditus | ||

I make the tools that people ask for. I make them to the best of my ability and use the best materials I can find. People have asked me to make these items and I put a lot of thought into the design and manufacture. I am now able to supply handmade hooks at a competitive price and at a standard I am happy with. I am not a medical expert. Therefore it would be inappropriate for me to give medical advice. I recommended NOT using these hooks as a single means of suspension for the benefit of SAFE play. There are other people far more qualified to advise on the medical and suspension issues. The hooks themselves are very strong. I strung one up on a girder in my workshop and hung onto it myself as long as I could. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 16 stone. The hooks are made from marine grade 316L stainless steel. Yes the hooks themselves are capable of taking a persons bodyweight. However, as I said in my earlier post, think about where these hooks are being inserted. They are actually inside the body and the surrounding tissues and organs are very sensitive. I do know that human skin is elastic. The skin, bones and muscles are capable of taking a lot more punishment than internal organs. The amount of very serious injuries I have suffered and survived proves that. The suggestion or thought of a persons entire weight being suspended on just one of these hooks would be a serious head rush. That inpression or idea would need to be created in the mind of the sub. However, I stand by my earlier comment about the hooks being used as a PART of a suspension session. Common sense tells me that other means of support would be a very sensible addition. Perhaps other more qualified members can supply the information you are asking for. I hope my reply has been of use. Master Chopper. WWW.PLAYPAIN.COM
