I was conditioned with the view that, when a man has cum, his cock will go soft, and he will need time to recover. Wrong! Some of us are born like that and it is a mild state of Priapism but without the complications because you yourself can control it i.e. make it go up and down at will. The key to it seems to be the ridge to the underside of the cock - is it the frelium? - once the cock has cum the first time, the frelium can be teased, fairly hard-teased I would say, (can be with finger-nails - has been with teeth!) and my cock stays hard, I have no choice!
