Is there a network of kink friendly computer engineers, plumbers, gas men and carpet fitters? I know that there is a whole network of web designers who are more than willing to help you with your web design and to help fellow stuck ICers myself included. However, is there someone who will come and fix your computer if there was a problem?I can imagine for most people there is that folder that we dont want anyone to see. Well to get to the point, the reason I asked is because my vanilla boyfriend runs his own computer business and I am always telling him that he should try and be on some sort of kink friendly directories. So is there such a thing? Glasgow coffee club, coming to save you from the boredom of mills and boon.

Try the Leather Family's website and look for the "ALF" link (Alternative Lifestyle Friendly professionals)

I think you mean a discreet service as such. Most companies will use discretion in what they see on a machine and if its illegal, may act on it or take the piss or do nothing. I think theres a market for it... Ok, bit tighter...bit tighter still, OOOOOH now they look like there going to burst! Splendid...now for the nipple clamps...

Thank you, it is not an issue that I have. Just wondering if there are people who would want someone more discreet to come into there home to do any work that was needing done. I am just testing the waters to see if there would be any interest. Glasgow coffee club, coming to save you from the boredom of mills and boon.

What sites are best for hosting? Thinking about going ahead with this idea and looking to build my own site. Glasgow coffee club, coming to save you from the boredom of mills and boon.

Try www.bluehost.com - very cheap, very reliable, loads of space and lots of software. I did try to put together a kink-aware professionals section on www.fetishscotland.com but didn't have much in the way of people wanting to advertise. Other than a bunch of half-@rsed web designers... www.fetishscotland.com Edited 18 Mar 07, 7:06 PM by tek_sub

If you want a kink friendly computer man, ask me. I can put you in touch with a lifestyle Dom who runs his own business working on small office and domestic systems, can access remotely and does know what he's doing. He designed and runs my websites. He also knows how to destroy data and can advise on keeping your discs squeaky clean. MA. www.mistressalpha.co.uk

Thank you so very much Mistress Alpha. I am thinking about setting one up with my partner. He is vanilla but very accepting of my choices so would be the same with someone else. I was thinking that alot of CD/TG would feel ackward having someone in their home and going through their computer. So wanted to be able to offer a better alternative. You may not be aware but there is shortly to be a company imported from the states called the Geek squad, I believe it is Talk Talk Charles Dunstone who is backing them in this country. They are going to be able to come to your home and fix problem computers. Given their backing and financial clout with advertising etc, I suggest you very carefully niche yourself.

Why thank you. I really dont want to niche ourselves too much. I just want to be able to help those that might find it difficult to find someone realiable and discreet. Glasgow coffee club, coming to save you from the boredom of mills and boon. |
