I want to tell you all what a good time we had thursday night staying at 'Victorian Dover' and recomend it as a great place to stay for BDSMers.

Victorian Dover is in a terrace of houses built in the mid 1800's for the Admirality. It sits on the cliff overlooking the town, just below Dover Castle. It is thought to be the only house in the terrace that has not been divided up into modernised flats.

The house itself is a wonderfully atmospheric venue, nicely decorated with egyptian and contemporary style art, maintaining all of the original victorian features of the house. On the ground floor is a wonderful large living room which looks out over the small private gardens and town bellow. Also in this room is a bondage cupboard to leave your submissive in while you relax! It even has tickle holes!

As well as offering a B&B guest room Victorian Diver is the base for a group of several Dom/es and has a nice kinky community feel. The main guest room we stayed in has an en suite bathroom with jacuzi bath / shower [wonderful!] and the main bed has a bondage chair / cross built into one end. Although this can fold away to look vanilla, I doubt it often is! The House isn't overlooked so you can keep the curtains open and enjoy the night-time views of Dover. Like all the rooms in the house it has it's original fireplace and you can have a real fire going if you want, though the house is also well heated throughout. It has all the usual B&B type facilities, and extras like wine are available. Tealights, bathrobes and all the trimmings are laid on.

At night the house is lit with candles throughout. The house reputedly has some friendly ghosts, and being sensitive Vronni picked up on some of the activity in the house.

On the top floor is a dressing room [with many costumes and outfits guests may make use of] and a dungeon with st andrews cross, whipping horses and so on. A third room on this floor was in the process of being decorated for use for maid training / schoolboy scenarios. The dungeon is well equipped with floggers, canes, harnesses and other play equipment [including a couple of violet wand sets if you are so inclined and lots of CBT equipment.] Anywhere in the house is available for guests to use unless it is in use for some other session. And help was at hand if you wanted a demonstration or help with anything. Obviously it would also be possible to engage one of the mistresses or Doms while staying here if you wanted.

There are eating places within short walking distance for dinner - and you can be served with a generous breakfast or brunch on-site. Also the organisers are flexible about arival and leaving times so there is plenty of time to play even on an overnight stay.

Unfortunately the Mistress of the house was away but we were made to feel very welcome by her associates. Mistress Raven greated us and gave us a tour of the house, and a friendly face was around anytime we wanted anything. I found the ambiance created very relaxing, and homely.

We would not hesitate to recomend Victorian Dover as a first class place to stay and play. It's a gem. We thought it was reasonably priced as well. It is possible to take a small group - say six people, and I certainly think we'd like to return and maybe could go with a few friends from our munch.
