Well there's different kinds of lazyness aren't there? I suppose what that person meant was they were too lazy to be in control and make decisions. Others might say that Doms are just lazy - particularly those whose kink is service orientated. I suspect it's (our chosen orientation) more who we are than lazyness. d x | ||

It is true that there is something yummy in being the centre of attention and, to a degree at least, letting someone else "do all the work." But maybe the same could be said of aspects of domination, too - especially of course domestic service. Which you'll never get me doing. So perhaps I am lazy ... | ||

I think there are quite a few subs who think its the dommes job to develop and nurture them, which it is, but the sub also has to play the part. There are also subs who think the domme will fix their life for them.
Having said that, I see nothing wrong with lounging around while someone hits you, with a slipper, for example, or a nice little dragon cane.

True but there are a fair few Doms who think a sub is there to fetch, carry, be beaten and shagged whenever they feel like it without having to make any effort on their part. I've not had experience of Dommes or much experience of male subs, but I suspect lazyness isn't orientation or gender specific. d | ||
