£ Fantastic venue, very discreet. Mind the dungeon keeper, ladies, he's got a bit of a shoe fetish, pervert!!
My fave bit of kit is the adjsuable stocks with built in handcuffs so us ladies with smaller wrists can't escape, just when we thought we could. Oh and the violet wand thingy. Great stuff. Can't wait to go there again.

5 yrs I've been there. The bloke who runs it is lovely and also runs isis -- so you could meet up with him there or at LFF if you wanted to meet him first.

Been several times both as a sub and Domme. Thoroughly recommend it and Ian, the dungeon keeper is a wonderful host.

Yes, it's totally legit, extremely well equipped and the keeper is very friendly and obliging without being at all intrusive. The only slight downside is that the rooms are a touch small with lowish ceilings, although overall there is loads of space (several well equipped rooms).
