My information is that the Cat has the Hat. I distinctly remember reading that in a book. Maybe that's why it (the Cat, not the book) drools.

Anyway, it's only one flying cow. The rest are out on manoeuvres somewhere testing secret anti-brown paper defences. Mildred is just a decoy. It's working since the Cat already has the Hat.

I merely keep TEH HAT on the cat to prevent dust from entering THE DROOL. The cat will return it to me on hearing the correct sequence of Whiskas jingles.
