There really must be an easier way to skin and chop a turnip . I ve been fighting with one for the last 30 minutes and been some serious knife play nearly resulting in major injury  Any advice ??

put turnip in bag, seal tightly, place on floor, bash with rolling pin, cook resulting mush. get a big fuckoff knife, hold in right hand. hold turnip in left hand rotating in stages... slice off pieces slightly bigger than a 2p with aforementioned fuckoff knife in smooth movements. works for me and i still have most of my fingers.... Mark | |
