A grand old lady has seen 3 centuries, aged 108 and she looks remarkably well, and all her mental abilities still intact.

I work with the elderly and those i know who have the longest life spans and bounce back after the most serious illnesses against all the odds, all seem to quaff huge quantities of sherry a day! i personally reckon sherry is the elixir of life now, although having said that... my 3 eldest have all been single for the last 50 years! so there could be some truth in spinster theory too, no men + sherry = imortality! | |

Lol, i think there is something in it, when i worked in a unit for the elderly almost all the women were well into their 90's, one was 103 and her husband had been dead for 40 years, very graceful dignified lady and hardly a line on her face!! defo sommat in it.
