I think it is an awful lot of fun used on its own. And it only gets better if it is used for control and humiliation By contrast, being suspended in rope is strangely liberating (from your own weight I guess) - particularly if you are given space to move around. One of things that is not mentioned in the replies above this one.
Here is what one clever mistress done to me at one time. Despite being light and slim. She hogtied me in such a way that I could not escape and so that she can drag me easily anywhere she likes across the floor without too much difficulty. I suppose rope bondage can be used in another way such as to reflect the role of the submissive. The rope being tied around the body and the end can be by used as a rope leash for the mistress to pull and to indicate to her sub where she wants to go. have fun! | |

I have to say that bondage does absolutely nothing for me. It always seems like a lot of effort and then there is the, what now moment. I do have a cage which I love but that is my hidy hole whereas ropes etc are usually damn uncomfortable and such a pain if you have to ask for them to be adjusted. Not sure if I am missing something or not lol | |
