Quite a year. I've moved from being ill to being a new me.

I finally overcame the illness (pneumonia), but there's no doubt it's scarred me - not physically. With time, that wreck has pupated into an unexpected me: the fundaments of me are still there, but I am still surprised by new aspects of myself. Well, I guess that's why they're called "life changing events". Duh.

So much of this transformation is because of The Man, who sustained, encouraged and nurtured me - and I even briefly looked after him!

A year ago I wouldn't have dreamt of going to SWAMP (almost too nervous to walk the first time). Now I am proud to wear my collar and be seen.

Thanks to The Man - and to the gods who wantonly and randomly smile on human fate

(I make that about 98.75% now, btw )

2 yrs Best wishes to you and the Man. I hope you're health gets better and better.
I made my first Munch and Swamp this year and Mrs ToM may be joining me at the next munch (baby sitting arrangements permitting).
