Bored and browsing the net, while I wait for BA's online check into open. I'm flying tomorrow did I mention? Looking at the news I picked up on this article on Etiquette in France, which made me laugh. Thought you'd enjoy the giggle.
I bet there's a fair few of you who have broken these rules. May I join the journalist and wish all Parisians out there, Bon appetit...!! Snigger.

I hate Paris. I have had the good fortune to travel a fair bit though mainly Europe and United States and Paris is my least favourite city. I despise the place.
It is noisy, smelly and they are so damn rude. I'd rather spend my euro somewhere else and let Paris fester. And the airport is disgusting, no wonder bits of it fell down, just a shame it didn't actually land on Paris when it did.
It may have a reputaion for being romantic but if you are looking for romance several Italian cities and a few Spanish ones would beat it hands down for both atmosphere and culture, oh and manners!

Have to counter this by saying Paris is a great favourite of mine & I've never experienced anything other than politeness & friendliness.
I must say it's ever so easy to feel scruffy & insecure when confronted by the hordes of extremely elegant & beautifully groomed Parisians, but don't be put off by that - just remember, we all make the same expressions when we're constipated!
Funny OP though, a nice little snippet for the evening

I was only 15 when i experianced Paris. I remember the Metro being so clean but the place in general made me feel very sub concious. I would like to go back as an adult to see it with older eyes. Ty for the snippet, it will help lol. D xx

First went to Paris when I was 17 or 18. It was there that I first discovered the disasterous affect of Champagne on my Libido Briefly with Champagne I just want to turn over and sleep.
