Here we go again.
Pop went to the hospital for an Xray to check up on his tumor, he's been feeling bad for several days and his cough is back. They let him see his Xray and he could see loads of fluid in the lung. That is what marked the beginning of the end for Mum too, He will be seeing the oncologist on Monday, and wants me to hold his hand for the first time. The probability is that he will be on chemo for christmas, unless they decide to drain the lung surgically.
The end, long over the horizon is beginning to loom.
