We all have them while sleeping while awake. Isnt it funny how they can mess with your head and make you feel funny, sad etc, I had one last night i could have done without it. Really really could have done without it

I have had some horrors the past few weeks, mainly including my family, most disturbing that of my dad trying to kill himself, it has stayed with me for quite a while. Esp as i cant give him a hug as he os 200 miles away.
