Innies, the words “I can't” and walks. (11)

I am now the proud owner of an innie! No longer do I look down and see a filled and distended bellybutton. It's now back to its former glory, definitely in and ready to catch fluff.
My rumination on bellybuttons has caused some odd thoughts. How do you put your body in the hands of a stranger? When he is armed with scalpels and the intent to cut you open! An odd thought for this site you may think but for me it was one of the most petrifying experiences to go through. So for those of you who regularly surrender your bods, I raise my glass.
“It's broken,” proved to be untrue. “I can't” but a short while later you did. Once again “I can't” and then with a few deft taps you could. Apologies for the cryptic ramblings of an old git with a very big grin.
Ten days after the change from outie to innie I am champing at the bit to get out and a moderate walk is planned by k. Sarnies are packed, water bottles filled and away we go in the cute little courtesy car. It was definitely not designed with comfort in mind!
Rothbury was base camp for our moderate five mile walk! Up hill, down dale and over numerous stiles, across fields and through woods! It became almost Tolkienesque as I felt every footfall. Thanks for the moderate walk k. Not bad for ten days from a hernia op but I expect the surgeon would not be overly happy.
All I can say is that the views from the hills were stunning and the village beautiful. It's a picture postcard village complete with green and ironmongers. Have a look see it's worth it, thanks for the day k.

Glad to hear you're on the mend. You might be able to pick those two bits of string up again soon. Your leg came to rest against mine
And you lounged with knees up and apart
And me and my heart, we knew
We just knew, forevermore

I think so No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat. Without a brain, you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office.
