For various, very good reasons, some of the weblogs have been rather downbeat recently and I felt that I wanted to write something a little the other way.
For a subject I was inspired by cerrynn's weblog about safewords and our first meeting. I'm not actually going to comment on safewords – cerrynn covered that better than I could – but on some thoughts and memories of that event and what led up to it.
I had been a meeter & greeter for b2g for some months when I received cerrynn's email enquiry. This occasioned an intense email discourse which still continues now. I checked (sad git that I am) and during the period from the 3rd to the 21st April when we met for the first time we exchanged over 40 emails on a wide, a very wide range of subjects. Rarely does one meet another individual with whom conversation can be maintained on so many topics with so little difficulty. It was very easy for us to become friends. I wasn't looking for another submissive but I found cerrynn fascinating, intelligent, perceptive - and very candid, something I have always admired about her. When she finally sent me a picture I also discovered she was very attractive – a bonus!
The weekend of the munch and the BBB (Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar for anyone wondering) loomed very close when I received my invitation to the party on the Saturday night. I thought long and hard before I asked cerrynn if she would like to go because I was very conscious of being her meeter & greeter. I did not want anyone, least of all cerrynn, thinking that my volunteer “meeting & greeting” was a way of getting play partners. I was very glad that I did ask her. It was a wonderful weekend not only in the way that cerrynn described in her weblog but also because of the lighter side. We laughed together – a lot - some in hindsight.
In her weblog cerrynn described us getting changed into our fetish clothes … she omitted to mention our laughter as we struggled together trying to get her brand-new (and *very* stiff) corset on. We laughed at the hotel staff obviously trying to work out the relationship between this very tall woman in seamed stockings and the rather short man in leather trousers. We laughed in conversation over dinner. We laughed.
I also discovered that night what a tactile and sensual woman she is. We were sitting talking in the cellar bar. The lighting is very subdued there. She looked so beautiful with the light behind her and candlelight illuminating her face and her bare shoulders. I couldn't resist running my fingers softly along the top of her shoulders and across the nape of her neck. Her response was immediate and emphatic: she stopped talking in mid-sentence and froze, then closed her eyes and rolled her shoulders in pleasure. Well, I am nothing if not an opportunist. For the next 40 minutes or so I stroked her shoulders, arms, neck, throat and face, very softly, alternating with scraping my fingernails across her skin. I played with her hair, locking my fingers in it and using it to move her head back and forth. All this time her only vocalisations were low moans (lots of them!) and “Oh God!”. Response is a Top's reward and she is a Top's dream. A single touch had turned into an impromptu scene. There were others in the bar but it was still very private and very intimate, purely between ourselves. It was also *very* erotic for both of us - cerrynn said in her weblog that I “knew” she wanted to play … well, after our mini-scene in the bar it didn't really take Inspector Poirot to work it out.
Play we did and it was wonderful. I love introducing people to the joys of BDSM and cerrynn was an apt subject. She was still dreamy (and very happy) when I escorted her back to her hotel in the early hours of the morning. We both went through the polite queries about playing again but the truth is that wild horses wouldn't have stopped us playing together again - very soon.
The rest, as they say, is history ….. and possible fodder for another weblog or twenty.
