i hate it and i dont expect it from A/anyone, but it saddens me when i get it from a child! i wonder whether parents teach manners nowadays or like most things they are a thing of the past?!

this parent certainly does... sadly many of the local parents seem to prefer not to prioratise manners, the dificulty comes when children mix with other locals... "the attitude" can rub off... hence mini me not out on the street very often..... Rebel Rebel, how could they know? ............Hot tramp, I love you so!

Manners are not only taught but picked up. And, sadly, many parents don't have either the skills or inclination to show good manners themselves - so it's hardly surpising their offspring don't either. I taught my son good manners and his daughter already has them in abundance, even though she is not yet four years old. I am sure there are enough people who think these things are important and who will pass them on to their children to one day effect a change in attitude. I certainly hope so. Yeah! This time the light at the end of the tunnel wasn't a train
