Q. Since when has the Human Rights Act 1998 been completely obsolete???
A. Since our Government chose to completely disregard Article 8, in which is enshrined " the right to respect for private life".
Perhaps they should remember that the guidance on interpretation, specifically drafted for the Judges who would have to consider Human Rights Issues states "any interference with rights under Article 8 that goes further than is necessary will be unlawful"
Sledgehammer/nut? Does that ring any bells Mr Blair?
The new Legislation is badly drafted, ill thought out, reactionary and probably contavenes the Human Rights Act, yet here i am, busily deleting photos of me. Why? because what i did last week, last month and last year and was then photographed doing, is illegal. So, im supposedly a criminal now??
Having read numerous well thought out, eloquent blogs tonight and last night, I dont think i can really add more, save that for doing what i want to do, in the privacy of my own bedroom, consensually, i have become a criminal.
What next. Thought crime anyone?

Or just taking them out. Granted that at the moment it is only used to filter child pornography but are we next in line? http://www.netfreedom.org/news.asp?item=216 No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat.
