What do the proposals against "extreme pornography" mean to me, they mean that I will most probably become a criminal, that my best friends will most probabbly become criminals, that almost everyone who comes to an event I organise will most probably be a criminal, what it means to me, is that I will be mixing with criminals, for no reason other than for the possession of erotic images that they possess, did not take and that are totally and completely consentual.

The people whom I have met on the scene in Birmingham, and across the country, have been amongst the kindest, most gentle and sweetest I have ever met. Yes, the "scariest" Doms and Dommes, are amongst the most giving and open people I have had the pleasure to meet, not the monsters this law is supposed to protect us from, and they to a one, will ptobably be classed as criminals.

At the moment, we already face the risk, everytime we play, of prosection for assault, or on the part of the subbie with the red raw arse, aiding an asssault, but this is a risk that I am willing to take. How many battered wives have said, it's ok, "I fell down some stairs", or "I hit my face in the shower", if consent was a defence for assault how many would be forced to say "I really wanted it" or it turns me on, for that reason, I am happy to take that risk, and defend myself if I need to.......This of course does not justify the outrage that is Spanner!!!

Hostel, Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, A Clockwork Orange, even the Dukes of Hazzard show images of people being bound, kidnapped, beaten and in the 1st four, tortured and killed, are these illegal, no, why not.......$100,000,000 at the box office, that's why

They tried to find links between music and gun crime, and couldn't, they tried to find links between video games and murder, and couldn't, they tried to find links between Movies and violence, why is the link between kink and sexual abuse assumed? why, how many BDSM porn movies are opened at the Odeon, Leicester square, How many BDSM photographers invite members of the Royal family to their gallery opening, none I would wager, and for that reason, we are the easy target, the minority, the "Perverts" so what if these people pay taxes, so what if they are from all walks of life, so what if they are police men, judges, doctors, nurses, managers, shop workers, IT professionals, students, and every other walk of life, they won't complain too loudly, after all, who wants to say "I don't want to ban, extreme pornography" showing "risk of loss of life"

You are Wrong Mr Blair, you are wrong Mr Browm, you are ALL Wrong...............We are not a silent minority, we are merely a quiet one, and as the government will discover one that has a voice, one that spans all classes, races, religions and backgrounds, and hopefully one, that will learn that if we speak in one voice, we CAN make a difference and we MUST work together
