I blog a lot, and yet suddenly I'm lost for words on this so vital an issue.
I've often thought that I would love to have some photographs of me in play, to capture the sense of wonder and discovery and rapture that I feel when I am emboldened in my submission.
They wouldn't be photos of blood, or massive welts, or deep cuts because that's not how I tend to play. They would be photos of a woman who has finally let go of shame and fear and denial of what makes her tick. A picture of inner calm and quiet. A picture of someone finding their way.
I'm not a criminal. Please don't make me one.
