Well what can I say? It was actually mostly hard work, an aerobics class with a difference I suppose. No question the trainer was a professional “artiste” about 5ft tall and 7 stone wet through, body like a snake, cuh! Didn't make me feel any better to find I was the tallest in the class and LOOMED over the midgets present, who were on average, not your Mrs UK average. More like your Mrs lucky to always get bargains in the sale size 8-10, bitches. More chocolate that's what they needed. Add that to the fact that the whole class was done in front of mirrors and I felt like Mrs Gulliver, a good 7 inches too tall and about as lithe and erotic as a hippo at a fairy party.

It was ritual humiliation. The trainer had told us to wear miniskirts and high heels, so that's what we wore, only to find the rest of the class were in tracksuits and trainers. When she saw us she looked us up and down and said, “Is this your first class then?”. Cow. Mostly floor work today she says, bare feet will do….

Well. Imagine the scene. Stretches and the usual warm ups, then some stand up routines, sexy wiggling, hip thrusts, “S” bends (don't ask), pelvic thrusts, fingers running through hair trying to look sexy malarkey, twists and turns, all managed without the need to vomit and all pretty ok not too testing. Then she moves onto “floor work”.

She drops elegantly to the floor in one lithe and flowing move. Somehow most of the class seemed to manage it too. I kind of clumped and banged down in a lengthy fashion, like several kilos of potatoes dropping out of a farm wagon. She looked at me and said, “well some of us will find that move a little more challenging than others”… (Cheers love). We then move from this flowing drop to the floor (yeah whatever) to roll to our sides, rising erotically to sit legs splayed, WAY, way apart, thrusting our pelvises at the mirror. Just one problem, miniskirt, knickers covering very little. Not a nice view. Nope. Just not good and not pleasant.

Mind you the tutor had a most brilliant cuntal wax going on there. Impressive.

I was left with wobbly legs and a hard sweat, feeling like I'd had a thorough workout and harsh humiliation session. All that was missing was a collar, leash and dog bowl. Maybe some man's golden fluids would have been the icing on the cake.

Wooden studio floors are very hard on your knees too. Will I go again? Maybe. But I'm wearing a large baggy T shirt, leggings, knee pads, elbow pads and trainers. Oh and taking some friends with me who are at least as tall as me and hopefully heavier.

In the meantime it has inspired me never to eat again. Well… until the next Malteaser anyway.

Oh dear! I feel bad for telling you it would be a laugh and a half now...
When I went, it was a distinctly more curvaceous crowd! Me and my friend contributed to this national average (both sporting athletic thighs and boobs you could serve your dinner on, lithe is not the word, strapping is polite), and we were told to wear heels, but not necessarily minis.
