Chirk Castle statues
Two nude statues by Andrea Carlo Lucchesi (1860-1925) from about 1904. The righthand nude has her hands bound behind her back with rope. The lefthand nude is blindfold. Both statues are signed "A. C. Lucchesi." Another of his statues (of Eve and the Serpent?) is signed and dated 1904.
Chirk Castle is now owned by the National Trust, who maintain a visitors' information page with opening times and travel directions.
