I'm 29 years old and have been in and around the scene in one guise or another for the last 10 years.

What I'm Looking For

The dreams I had as a child of castles with dark towers, candles and drapes, and a prince on a white horse have now taken on the slightly more realistic version of a house with a cellar/play room, and a man who will sweep me of my feet .. no white horse required! I do still dream of romance and chivalry .. to be treated like lady .. though, not all the time .. maybe he will have a sadistic streak and a wicked smirk too ~smiles~.

I need someone who I can share my whole life with, vanilla interests as well as bdsm. I suppose I want a 24/7 Ds relationship, that will mean different things to different people, to me it means I would like a constant undercurrent within the relationship, we will know who is in charge .. a look .. a whisper. But I don't need, or indeed want to be micromanaged.

At some point I liked the idea of a 1950's style household, where I do all the cooking and cleaning and such. Though, that particular fantasy has had to take a back seat to my career. Much as I dislike the fact, I would need a dominant to be understanding of that.

The list you see on the right are a few of my interests within bdsm. This is by no means a complete list. Some activities I enjoy more than others, and some are more important to me than others. Which ones these are, you may, or may not find out. I want someone to be interested in me as a person and not a list of fetishes, so please don't ask about these things on an introductory memo.

A Little More About Me

I would like to start going to more scene events. More for the opportunity to dress up in pretty outfits than to play, at least for now. I have particular interests in Victoriana and Steam Punk, I love corsets but that doesn't mean that they like me.

Of course, the above is just a part of who I am. My interests outside of bdsm include dancing, travel, going out for nice meals and a glass of wine, theatre (I haven't been to anywhere near as many shows as I would like to have been), cooking (though that is probably more in the 'learning' stage at the moment), reading, walks as long as it's somewhere pretty, curling up in front of a fire in winter, cuddling on the sofa watching a movie, going out in the rain in summer (though that usually works better in other, warmer countries).

Music: rather eclectic, though my ipod tunes mostly consist of Nightwish, Florence and the Machine, Travis, Evanescence, Within Temptation, HIM, Disturbed, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Linkin Park, Lady Gaga, Emilie Autumn, Brittney Spears .. well, I did say eclectic! I am happy to listen to most things.

Movies and TV: I particularly like fantasy, also sci-fi, action, horror (so long as I have someone to hide behind when peering between my fingers no longer works), romantic comedy (yeah .. sorry lol), oh, and things like Twilight and Harry Potter which are in a whole class of their own ~smiles~.
