The Long Version:

I've been an activist member of the UK alternative sexuality scene for 10 years now, and I organise lots of events, workshops, conferences and the like. I run Polyday < http://www.polyday.org.uk > and OpenCon < http://www.opencon.eu > among other things.

Lots of adventures I'd like to go on (like sailing various parts of the world) and having a kinky co-adventurer would be ace. So if you fancy doing some serious travelling in 2012, I might be your man.

About me: I'm well clever and over-educated, good-looking (no hair though), fit and active, live on my own in a great flat in central London, got lots of fabulously cool kinky/poly/relationship queer friends in the UK, and an exciting social calendar. I have a fascinating and well-paying job in the film biz that gives me tons of flexibility and free time (I could, in fact, live and work from a yacht in the South Pacific, and man am I tempted…).

And I'm kind, sensitive, a great listener, interested in the arts and traveling and an expert at planning fun and romantic get-aways.

So, yeah, I'm pretty great and you'll also have to be quite extraordinary for things to feel balanced. And please be a happy bunny (my motto: "if you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong")

On top of that, don't be: a smoker (as in not at all -- yuck); big into drugs or heavy drinking; a non-foodie (gluttony, of the Epicurean variety, is my second favorite sin); depressed; tired or ill all the time; have a negative outlook on life; jealous (I'm really close friends with a number of my exes), a workaholic, or consider yourself unattractive or unworthy or be drowning in self-loathing.

Sexually I'm keen on adventures of all kinds. I mostly Top (sometimes switch) and when I play it's often more D/s than SM -- sexual control being my favorite game. But I'm open to most things. My strong suit is emotional edge-play (helping people explore their dark sides and bringing them back to the light) and I regularly run workshops on consent and on aftercare at kinky conferences (two of the aspects of BDSM I find most fascinating). But enjoying lots of great sex is more important to me than BDSM.

Vanilla life includes: chatting evenings away (I don't even own a TV); sorting out my boat; filmmaking and related stuff, organising sexuality events; playing guitar (I do a mean Johnny Cash and not bad on Dylan and Cohen either); seeing lots of movies (work related hazard); escaping to the sunshine as often as possible; writing; lecturing at U of London (considering what they pay me, I've gotta list this as a hobby); working out; rock climbing; yoga; dancing; diving; organising great themed parties with my London friends.
