About me

I'm intense, bi-sexual, passionate, curious, exploratory, hungry, impatient and tolerant, bloody-minded, fiercely independent, sometimes insecure & shy. I'm comfortable, at ease with myself and revel in my own intense sexuality. I tend to be an 'all or nothing' person and I'll speak my mind if asked, but be warned - tact isn't my strong point. I generally find it not worth the effort.

Most people find me confident, open and outgoing, but only a few people get to know the inner workings of my mind. For someone who is so open, I am also a very private person.

I'm a very strong and dominant person in day-to-day life, and find it a challenge to relinquish any vestige of self control. Then again, I believe that if something isn't a challenge, then achieving it is worthless.

To me, my life is about searching out new experiences - as a scientist I am consumed by questions and curiosity. I'm beginning to realise that this applies to all aspects of my life. I am a hedonist - I just want gain pleasure and satisfaction from all that I do. It's all about challenges, discoveries and exploration.

My partner

My husband and partner Mindchains and I are not out and about on the scene as often as we'd like.. life has a habit of getting in the way. We attend the Edinburgh munch and try to make it to DV8 when we can.

Play

As I attend events with Mindchains, people see us as a couple. I love him deeply and have no intention of changing that, but recently we have begun to seek new pleasures and explore our own individual journeys and experiences with others. Ultimately we will always be a couple who can bring back to our relationship what we have learned.

The intensity of play helps me to still my mind.

I came into the scene wanting to be submissive - but up 'til now I've mainly explored my masochistic side. I'm discovering my likes and dislikes; what gives me pleasure and what fulfills a deeper basic need. I've realised that there's a huge difference between subservience and submission. I have no desire to be subservient, - submission is a challenge to me - but is not something I can give easily nor lightly.

I enjoy playing in clubs, but find it impossible to mentally switch off when playing in most club settings. Generally, it's just great to catch up with friends and play at a lighter level. I've discovered both a voyeuristic and an exhibitionist side and love to play at clubs and in situations that are a bit more liberal.

I'm not going to list everything I like and dislike - It's widely variable. I do adore hoods, sensory deprivation and breathplay, but that has to be with a trusted partner. There are many more things I would love to experience than I have experienced so far. Just ask me - I'll happily chat - I'm open minded and don't take offence easily.
