Hello and welcome to my own small part of the IC website, feel free to take a gander, maybe read a little - laugh a little and if you think of anything witty, funny or just nice to say then memo me!

About The Vanilla Me: Im a 25 year old, young and nubile male submissive based in Edinburgh, fairly stable here and always looking to meet new people. I currently work as a Software Developer and when i'm not working I like to travel - my next holiday is to the Arctic in March to spot polar bears, roll around with huskies and go caving deep into glaciers. I'm also participating in the Paris Marathon in April, the Etape Caledonia road race in May and considering cycling the hebridean islands in June. I love having new travel buddies and am very open to travelling anywhere and anyhow - from camping and sleeping rough to 5* opulence and decadence - there's a place for all though my preference would be hiking round mountains, cycling through idyllic villages and finding little gems where the people are surprised to see tourists! My hobbies outside BDSM include skiing, hillwalking, football, ceilidh dancing and cooking. I'm also a keen F1 fan and plan to attend the British, Canadian and Belgian grand prixs in 2010. Finally, I run and participate in duathalons on a fairly regular basis - from 5k runs to full marathons. If anyone wants to go to a ceilidh then I'd be more than willing to show any novice the ropes (in a purely vanilla way) - just let me know! Scuba-diving in the Red Sea was one of my scarier experiences (considering I cant swim, I am however very adept at sinking). That was followed closely by my actual scariest experience which was white water rafting down the Nile. My ideal vanilla date would be a walk or cycle around a small village, a cosy pub, a good sunday roast and a couple of bottles of wine

About the BDSM Me: BDSM for me is a small part of what I am (cliched I know) and as much as I'd like to pretend I can be dominant, for now at least, i'm very much submissive. I'm probably regarded as a bit of a bratty sub, or if not bratty - a little unsure of myself - it's not that I don't want to sub, I very much do, it's finding the woman that clicks in that special way ..... After 12 months, I'm still not any closer to knowing what it is I actually want! Tick boxes are down below, I dont place much faith in them - because we could click on every one of those criteria and not click in person, or conversely click on none of them but be inseparable when we meet! A much better way is to memo me now and take it from there .... I don't believe there's such a thing as a wasted conversation and I always have time to speak to anyone. Im ultimately a little bit of a novice which means im very corruptible just now though im gaining ground quickly - or not very quickly at all! I'd like to think im now a regular in the Edinburgh scene and on these boards and im glad to say I've met some amazing people in the last couple of months. For those of you interested, my photoshoot was by The Fourth Space and they come very highly recommended for anyone looking for a definite "wow" moment in their life!

What I'm Looking For: Like all single male Sub's I want a Mistress but im realistic, I don't expect one to appear and im happy just to explore the scene, meet new people and try out new things. I haven't ever played with men and to be honest I don't think I would be comfortable doing it, the most likely would be being forced to play with a sub male under the direction of a Mistress but this would be edging pretty close to limits. I like people I can talk to, go for walks with, watch movies with, someone who could ski and someone who shared my bdsm interests would be a plus. I don't necessarily want a relationship, I would happily have a play partner but that wouldnt be until we'd met at least a few times and we were both comfortable with each other. One other thing, Im incredibly bad at reading girls, im great at reading guys (professional poker player) but awful at girls so if your interested in playing, either in a club, in private or even just meeting up for a coffee.
