The thing I want to do most in life is make art. That's my main driver. Lots and lots of art. Academia is very close to my heart, and is fundamentally important to my current creative projects and future aims. At the moment, art and academia seem inextricably interwoven for me, informing and reflecting each other.

I love theatre and books and film and the wider field of performance studies, and idolise Samuel Beckett. I want to keep learning about all aspects of all things human, and have new experiences and meet new people, for engaged and interesting and entertaining chat as much as anything else.
