I'm happy to chat to people as friends so if you're localish it would be nice to hear from you.

Have been to a small number of munches, don't get much chance as childcare is bloody expensive! I've met some interesting people and some who I consider friends since discovering 'the scene'.

I may sometimes share quite personal stuff in posts(I had a crappy childhood to put it mildly), however, though I appreciate the thought, it's not for sympathy, and I'm not 'being brave'. If I feel it's relevant and/or it may help someone, I'll share. There a lots of things I won't share, but things other people did, that I've since overcome, are not that big a deal for me to mention.

Why am I here...?

To socialise when my child free weekends coincide with a munch, get to know people with similar, or not so similar, (kinky) interests.

THE QUICK VERSION:

More b&d some D/s not so much s&m. Mainly submissive/bottom who occasionally switches to top. Submissive but not 'a sub'

THE LONG VERSION:

I think I'm generally more comfortable in a submissive role, particularly sexually. I have some switchy tendencies, perhaps more to top than domme, I'm curious to explore this a little, but will never be a Domme, I don't think it's in me.

I do think my kinks are mainly about the sexual dynamic, however with someone special, I do like to please in other ways, but my ideal domestic situation is fairly equal, both work, both share chores. Suffice to say that I have a very wild/free streak and couldn't adhere rigidly to anything restrictive 24/7.

I'm pretty open to try most things, I haven't found my limits yet, I guess I have a few common ones like no scat, no blood (except menstrual), plus needles.

I think there are lots of things I wouldn't seek to do, but would enjoy being pushed (gently) to do by a Dom if he wanted, and I would enjoy doing that because he wanted me to. I think I can only do this with someone I know well enough to trust.

Things in my interests are just that. I've either experienced them (and like it) or am interested in trying in the right situation to find out if I like it.

I am quite squeamish so anything that breaks the skin/draws blood is probably too much. Unless the effect you want is me passing out and/or vomiting. Saying that, I don't really want this effect so probably a no then.

Good question. Still not quite in a relationship, but slightly less single than before, and definitely not available at the moment.

As I've already mentioned, I'm a mum, which is where most of my time goes as he's only 6.

When I have time: I like to read...mainly sci-fi/fantasy but also factual stuff and I'm quite interested in classical literature/education as I keenly feel the 'lack of' in my life. I'm studying with Open University, computing and maths probably, although I might go for the open degree to get more engineering in. Not sure yet.

I'm also creative in many ways, arts & crafts etc. Getting back into sketching at the moment.

Love going out dancing, Would like to go to more 'alternative' clubs, including but not necessarily BDSM/fetish, singing, at home, at karaoke, wherever.

I like doing new things, although honestly I'm sure I have enough interests I don't have time to do....but hey that's me.

I'm also a pagan, which is another important part of who I am, although I'm quite lazy about it, but it's who I am, not 'something I do' if you appreciate the difference
