All sorted now and back in training as some of you may know I lost my dad to cancer earlier in the year. I am currently in training so I can cycle in the alps for the cancer research charity.

Training going well so far, maybe it is my midlife crisis, going back to my youth. Squats, squats and more squats.

I am passionate about cooking, snowboarding, reading and cricket. I think they must go down as hard limits. I have been lucky to have had a successful and interesting life so far yet I have missed out in one crucial area.

Always known i was submissive even when i didn't know what it was. Just now looking, who knows what will happen?
