i have decided to keep this short and as too the point as possible ...

maybe there is a shelf life to being single .... once you reach a certain point after a certain amount of time of being on your own it just becomes too difficult to adapt to being with someone else.

i can't be on my best behaviour all the time and i can't be worrying about what someone else is doing or how what i'm doing may effect them or if something i say will upset someone ...

maybe this is the new frontier .... the single 40 somethings who are content with being single and don't need someone else to make them feel happy ....

it's taken me years to get to this point ... i use to feel quite desperate sometimes ... like it was an actual physical need to have a girlfriend ... but these days i'm quite happy to spend my time with the kids and go fishing when they aren't about

so there it is ..... unless you are exceptional i doubt i will be interested in you and the only thing exceptional about the people on here is the fact that they are exceptionally dull & boring.

having said that, as with beauty, it's all in the eye of the beholder ... the conventional bdsmers are of no interest to me, it's the unconventional ones that usually get my attention, the quiet ones who don't seek the approval or company of others to make themselves feel different or better about who they are, they just know they are !
