Hi there,

Time for an update I think. I'm a PhD student living in Sheffield - been here nearly two years now, but still looking to make new friends and settle in better. Not per se on here to meet a partner but not going to turn down someone nice if they come along.

As for my private time, well... I'm an unashamed geek - if that puts you off then never mind, if you've a shared geeky habit you want to talk to me about, win all round. The profile picture with me in armour was probably a bit of a clue anyway, I imagine.

Personality-wise I'm an odd mix of quiet and outgoing depending on company and mood. I like having talkative people to bounce ideas off around, the more you talk the more I do typically. I'm also generally pretty laid-back, take life as it comes really.

As kink goes I'm fairly inexperienced, but not entirely so. I've tried little bits here and there, and definitely gotten a taste for it. I'm mostly switch - I lean slightly towards the sub role but can take on either without too much difficulty. Fairly wide range of interests and mostly open-minded about experimenting, given the right person.

I'd very much like to meet people through the kink scene - not just for play, people who're into this sort of stuff are often interesting and unusual people who're likely to make good friends.
