Day one.

I didn't like any of my previous ramblings.....they don't sound like me. I will be back tomorrow with something a little more pertinant: fickle, sorry!

Well, I have returned......

Profiles are just starting points really; so what is most likely is that I will just ebb and flow as is my way. Hopefully returning frequently and letting my profile grow as I grow. Pics? well lets just give it a bit of time, I will most probably have a fits of bravery at certain points.

For now: Female, sub/bottom, the details are evolving, but I am not confident about ticking boxes. I am still quite new to all this and am learning about myself. However, my confidence is growing slowly and I am not a fool I am generally very happy with my life, it is busy and interesting (to me anyway). I recently returned to Higher Education as a full time mature student (Philosophy and Politics) which takes up a lot of my time at the moment, but I do love every minute.

I like it here so far: friendly, refreshing and wonderfully kinky. I love to ramble on and my thoughts tend to be quite linear so I am off to investigate the weblogs. For now I am here for friendship, chat and learning. If something else were to switch on as a result of that then that would not be the worst thing either! I remain open minded.

Out and about.....

Well I made it to a local munch this week, dragged a friend along for moral support. I admit to being a bit like a rabbit in the headlights, but I listened and observed, maybe next time I will be brave enough to speak

Evolving....

Well...I just am that is all...the edgier pursuits are becoming much more appealing as time passes...as I am evolving ........seems I may have masochistic tendancies....who knew?? Hey ho!

Six months.....

Out and about, exploring ,munching, making friends,meeting fabulous folks who are helping me to grow, having fun, learning fast.....interesting times indeed

Poly me!!...now that is a new one, taking a bit of getting used to, I am not sure it will ever sit entirely comfortably, but it is worth exploring none the less...I have the patience to see where that leads me.

I thought the new look boards on here deserved an update...I feel a bit more confident about adding a few interests, now that I am beginning to know what my interests are!!

Greek Anánke; necessity, force

In Greek literature, necessity or fate personified. Ananke is rather prominent in post-Homeric literature and theological speculation, particularly in the mystic cult of Orphism, but is definitely known to emerge into a cult only at Corinth, where she was subject to Bia ("Might," or "Force"). Because of her unalterable nature it was pointless to render to her offerings or sacrifice-"Nothing is stronger than dread Necessity" was a Greek byword.
