Sun, Sea and Sadism
is the name given to the Turkish Road Trips to this villa, which is a bdsm/vanilla holiday rental in Turkey.
The purpose of this profile is to make bdsm'ers aware that is is available for normal rental at any time of the year, in addition to the 'viewing" holidays on the Road Trips.
The villa sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, an additional 2 on the sofabed and endless on the vast floors/roof terraces.
The ground floor has no steps and a W/C shower, so it is suitable for the infirm or wheelchair user.
It is discretely kitted out with bdsm equipment, so it is suitable for both types of rental. It currently rents mostly as a foreign holiday for families of 3 generations or multi-family holidays.
Prices for rental are a flat 350/pcw low season, 450/pcw mid season and 550/pcw high season, no matter the occupancy. It usually rents to families of 3 generations for family holidays. With full occupancy at high season, 61 pounds, the price per person for a week's accommodation is a great deal, you would agree. Add to that there is no extra premium for it being a bdsm rental and it is a win/win! (There is a separate cleaning fee and cc handling if booked online - for the meticulous to detail
)
BDSM Facilities:
An important note, however, regarding BDSM rentals. This resort is NOT a big resort and is in a predominantly Turkish area. Any BDSM would be strictly indoors unless it is of an extremely subtle nature. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the noise reverberates. So it is NOT suitable for loud scenes, extensive moaning/screaming, etc. There are televisions/stereos you can turn on, but please do be considerate as it is our family home there and we have SUCH nosey neighbors. Keep it inside, and discreet, please. (Though they have now for several years seen numbers being my little packmule from the markets, so are used to the FemDom element. LOL)
It is situated in a quiet resort on the Aegean, midway between Bodrum and Antalya. (The airport is Dalaman). It is a relatively new villa and well furnished . Because it is situated between two mountains, there is always a lovely sea breeze blowing through the town. It is within minutes walking distance are the beach, shops and pubs, The house is not on a development but a street of the town itself, near the main road. It is within easy walking distance of all amenities (including the local bazaar). However, remember that you will be staying on the bus route, so you can ride a bus at any time!
Half of a semi, it has its own garden with room for two cars in the drive, or you may park in front. on the street The other half of the semi is unbuilt, with no work on it being planned. So you can be assured of your privacy.
The beach is a short walk away, as is the local Sunday Bazaar. The very large Bazaar is an easy bus ride away on Tuesday and is large enough to spend a day. On Fridays are the Produce Market in the same location as the Tuesday Market. Occasionally there is also an occasional Cooperative Market on a Saturday . Think a huge Turkish WI sale and you will be spot on! Supermarkets are also close to the villa, so supplies are not an issue.
Interior and Exterior
I chose this home because of its beauty, practicality and privacy. The enclosed garden to the front and side make a safe haven for children The front/side balcony terrace and balconies are large enough for a table and chairs, while the 2 solariums on the roof are the size of 1/2 the floor area - large enough to entertain. There is a bbq outside the kitchen on the patio. All balconies have a table and at least two chairs.
The house is designed with separate entrances so more families can stay together. At this time, there is just one kitchen on the ground floor. The ground floor has a large living room (only half is shown in the photo), the dining area, kitchen, and WC with shower. The second floor has a large bedroom suite with ensuite/shower and balcony, two further bedrooms (both share a balcony) and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The top floor has the large bedroom with its own solarium, wc/shower, and a larger solarium for everyones use. (this bedroom is not pictured) There is a utility area on the top floor with washing and ironing facilities. All bedrooms have locks and keys.
There are pools across the narrow street at the hotels. They are wonderful there, and if you have a drink or food, they are happy to let you use the pool. Personally, we prefer this, as we know that with a pool, the house would soon be full of all the neighboring kids and Mom would have no rest at all as she fixes dinner for everyone as they are by the pool and constantly mops up the water tracked on the floors. This way, everyone gets to relax and have an enjoyable time with no worries and stress. The prices are amazing there, so no worries....you can eat and drink there reasonably!
What does the villa have?
Well, as much as you could expect considering it is our home! Naturally, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, oven/cooker and dishwasher. There is a large refidgerator/freezer for long visits and large families. There is a washing machine and miscellaneous. There is the all important air conditioning and heating for year-round holidays. If you want to stay in, there is Sat TV with separate receivers in the living area and master bedroom. We have ensured that there is English and European tv so noone misses their soaps! A dvd player and dvds in various languages, playstation with games, books, games, writing materials, toys (sorry, mostly boys), pool inflatables, and much much more. Naturally, all the household items such as hair dryer, iron, etc. are there. The list will change as we travel back and forth, but you can be sure that the playstation and dvd player will stay.
Of course, all the towels and linens are there and included in your stay.
We also have a wonderful Turkish gentleman who manages the property and who will sort out any need or problem which you have. From a welcoming packet of food, to organising rental cars, tours or translation services, his helpful, efficient and professional manner will ensure that anything you need will be sorted out.
We do allow smoking ONLY OUTSIDE and provide ashtrays for use outside. In the house itself, smoking is not allowed as it discolours the furnishings. There are many areas and balconies in which to smoke, so we ask that you do respect this.
Pets are allowed, but only as far as under the stairs in the hallway. There is no pet bedding.
Road Trips
are organised 2x a year, usually in May and October and last 2-3 weeks, though most people have only stayed one week. Sometimes the people know each other, sometimes they don't. Play is not guaranteed, but there is always room for servants who wish to serve. There is one sleeping cage available which may be one's bedroom, or just used occasionally. (The other cage is number's bedroom).
People generally just hang out - sometimes together, sometimes not. There is no obligation to do anything except what you want to. We make arrangement for at least one meal together, hopefully 2, and otherwise, it is self catering, though we do keep food and drink in the house for everyone.
Cost is 150 GBP per week per person, and bring your own bacon/sausage as it is difficult to find and expensive there. LOL
