We hardly know one another,but, you can learn me.......as I will you.

This is a little crazy....maybe...but....I've a large detached house that is empty & needs looking after.....so I'm looking for a sub (female (forever) only...(sorry)...)that will look after it, clean it and treat it as her own....she's also gonna have to pay rent (& a bond, held in scheme)!..... but there are negotiable options for the right person. This is a rent a room opportunity...so more a lodger type of scenario. You gotta be Female ( & always so)...You gotta be single/unattached.....NO dependents......I'll need references & a CRB check....a formal tenancy/lease agreement signing....and the usual type of things relating to such. I'm hardly ever at the property, although a vanilla front will be required for neighbors etc, and the property MUST be maintained as is, without modifications..... I'd like to find somebody that 'clicks' with me & is open for exploration, excitment, anticipation, good food, music & understanding.

This might be be a little abrupt for some.......I have a complete loathing for this kind of listing and expose type stuff...I think it a potential breach of confidence/respect/etc. I am looking to the future and therefore any previous experiences and stuff are irrelevant unless you were a participant (and then you'd know!) and for anyone else...........why do you want to know? I did mention that I am looking to the future, therefore, think any past is past: end of!

I am a dominant male and have been involved in 'lifestyle' forever!....I have always balanced with the 'nilla world (no surprises there then!)
