Hello!

I'm never too sure what to write in the 'about me' bit. It always seems too self obsessed, but I suppose thats the point!

General Stuff about me

I'm cheerful, self depreciating in a jokey kind of way and very fond of hugs. I'm a geek and very proud of it. I love playing games of all varieties and hanging out with my friends whilst playing said games. I also love comics, films and occasionally read. I always feel reading is something I should do more of - I love it when I do it, but I never really get the urge to read. Which means it often falls by the wayside. I also like going out, drinking and clubbing til the early hours. Although I don't do that as often these days. Working full time in a stressful job has kind of taken away much of my energy for such activity. I mainly save it now for going out on the scene.

What I enjoy

This is by no way means an extensive list, it's more of a flavour of who I am and what I enjoy. After discussing various aspects of BDSM with my growing group of awesome friends on the scene I feel there are two quite different areas which I enjoy in equal measure. Sex with an accent of BDSM and BDSM with an accent of sex. Even if the sex doesn't necessarily follow immediately I do find it essential to wind down at some point. Sex with an accent of BDSM is basically your bog standard rough sex, maybe with a little bit of spanking, maybe with toys. Whatever, it's fun and it's not too hardcore. The fun I have isn't too extreme and I'm not looking to get to subspace or anything else, it really is for FUN.

BDSM with an accent of sex can be a different thing. I do it primarily for fun, but also as a way to relax, a way to express those darker needs and desires, etc, etc. I'm a switch and enjoy being both sub and dom, although I'm more often sub than dom. I really enjoy the mental and physical aspects of teasing and giving. Sensation play is a really big thing for build up to a proper play session. I don't want to go in hard and fast, I like to take the long road, building up anticipation and tolerance along the way. Stroking, kissing, licking, clawing and biting and even just breathing on someone or having it done to me is exquisite. Building up slow, giving a little, taking it away and building up to a little bit more every time is my style. Like an ever increasing wave... but I'm beginning to sound like an emo poem now.. so lets move on. Surprises along the way are good too. The odd hard bite or scratch is what makes it all fun. Oh yeah... did I mention that this all ideally happens whilst being tied down (hands and feet) and blindfolded? The not knowing whats coming next is the thing that makes it fun.

After the warm up I definately enjoy recieving and giving a good flogging. But I love it when the sub is almost begging to be beaten. The request or 'harder' or 'more' sends tingles up and down my spine and will make me smile days later when I remember it suddenly out the blue. The control of the dom to kindly give or deny a little longer is the part that makes it all the more intense and appreciated when it finally is given. Sex is generally a full stop to a session like this. Again, to the point of needing, near begging for it is best.

A play session where I sub as such is guaranteed to send me straight into subspace and leave me there for a long time. I need a dom to take care of me and give me lots of attention for a good time after if I get there.

I very much enjoy dressing up and going out to clubs and playing in public. Although I won't play with strangers, if I don't come to the club with you or know you well before hand - I won't play with you. I am a high maintenance sub and demanding dom. I don't like to be in that head space with people I don't know. Just my way of doing things.

Meeting people at munches and learning more about the scene is something I'm also loving. There's alot of stuff I want to try and meeting people who can show me the ropes or just reassure me is giving me the confidence to go out and do it!

What I'm looking for

Friends mainly. I moved to London 18 months ago and didn't really know anyone here for the first year of that. I'm really liking developing a social group and having people I can just hang out with. Also, I will not play with people I don't know. It's just my way. I am really keen to learn alot of stuff; ropes, pegs, wearing rubber etc etc. But I want to do that in an environment where I can relax and make a few jokes along the way.
