I'm a not-entirely-straight switch, living in Edinburgh, UK, and married to the deeply wonderful SylviaMarSh. SylviaMarSh is also a switch; it can be awkward if we both want to top, and even worse if we both want to be on the bottom, but we still manage to have a great time! We met through mutual friends with similar proclivities (neatly avoiding the whole kinky coming-out thing), and have been together for over ten years now, while still managing to surprise each other now and again.

Kink-wise, I'm a big fan of heavy-duty bondage: the more secure and over-the-top, the better! I like the physical challenge of trying to escape, but get disappointed if I can. If I got out, then you'll just have to do better next time! I also love rubber/spandex/PVC clothing, and have a major catsuit fetish; tight, restrictive and shiny is the important part, with the actual material involved being a secondary consideration.

I call myself a switch since that's the role that fits best, but it's not the "traditional" sub/dom kind of switching, and it's not quite top/bottom, either. Basically, I enjoy dispensing pain and receiving bondage (although not at the same time; it's hard to hold a flogger while wearing a straitjacket!)

As for non-kink stuff: Video games (PC or console, anything from Halo to NetHack), reading (Neil Gaiman, Garth Ennis, Grant Morrison, China Miéville, Arthur C. Clarke), cookery (CHILI!!!), and TV/Film (too many to list). I work in IT, and consider myself an irredeemable geek; the kind of person who'll quite happily spend 3 hours working out how to do a 1-hour job in 10 minutes.
