The Rope Bondage Peer Workshop takes place at Exodus. Dates and other details can be found on the web site and on IC and Fetlife posts.
You will find a mixture of beginners and more experienced people, most of whom are there to share their knowledge. All with an interest in rope are welcome.
They are called Peer Workshops because there is no formal distinction between organisers and visitors, teachers and taught. The Workshops happen on a basis of sharing and volunteering.
There is a small admission charge to cover the costs of the venue.
There is a table of food which people are encouraged to add to.
There is a Yahoo group associated with this event.
We do have a DM (of sorts) easily identifiable by the large silly hat. If you need help of any kind 'The Hat' is who you ask.
Photos are allowed but only in the designated area or after arranging it with The Hat if mobility is restricted.
There are a few other rules :-
Don't disturb other people or their kit.
Remember that it is a workshop for rope related activities, not a play club or munch.
Help by returning glasses etc to the bar at the end and gathering any rubbish that you create and finding a bin for it.
No need to book but the minimum age is 21.
