A little about me.

Well educated (at least I like to think so!), professional (9-5 mon-fri, i.e. when I have to be), primarily dominant switch (95%). If you are looking for a miserable man-hater to bitch slap you back to [insert near place beginning with 'B' here] you are in the wrong place and no, I'm not sorry about it.

Generally I am a open minded easy going modern sort but I do like to take time to appreciate the finer things in life and experience the best of the past. I can be found at my old bureau writing desk, securing a handwritten letter with wax and my monogram seal. There are very few activities,in my opinion, that don't go better with a nice glass of red wine (except driving!).

My attitude to domination is somewhat "new school". I like being in charge, I like playing with minds and I thrive on reactions but if the person I am playing with isn't into it, I take little enjoyment. There is no point 'disciplining' someone for the hell of it or setting them up to fail. You like CP? Okay that is fine with me. I do it because we both enjoy it. Not because I am "punishing you". Believe me, my punishments aren't fun.

What I fail to understand is why some dom(me)s want to break a sub? Tame them yes, completely break them no. Why completely crush the spirit of someone when that is what attracted you to them in the first place? Don't get me wrong I am all for sloughing off the rough edges and adding a bit of polish! I may have a soft touch at times but don't mistake me for one. I am fiercely protective of mine and have even been known to spoil my subs on occasion but they will tell you what happens if you take half a step out of line, let alone a whole one.

The sub side of me is very private and wants to be adored and spoiled. Maybe that is just the feminine side? I haven't explored this enough to define it if such a thing can be done. Seeing my alter ego is a very rare occurrence and although I may be housetrained don't mistake me for being tamed. I am a bit of a control freak at heart and it takes me a lot to trust someone with the power...
