One way or another, I've looked for aspects of BDSM for most of my life. Almost all of my relationships have included some degree of BDSM activity - dom/sub, top/bottom, or both, always as the dom or top. I've tried switching, but it has never worked for me - I doubt that will ever change.

I'm hoping to find a woman (or possibly a m/f couple) whose needs and desires match and complement mine, both within and beyond the BDSM realm. Few of the items listed under interest tags are essential, but I would hope that more than a few matched yours. On the other hand, perhaps you might spark an interest in something I haven't listed.

But BDSM isn't all there is to life. So, stepping aside for a moment, I'll add the following:

I'm a low stress person. The world, and the people in it, don't wind me up except on the rarest of occasions. And then it's mild and fleeting. Relaxing into a book, or play, or walk in the country, lets me leave all those stresses behind. As much as anything else, I'm looking for someone I can relax with. Someone I can share companionable silences with as well as conversation. Do you like reading, the theatre, ballet? Eating out, travel, camping? Hugs, caresses, soulful looks? Few of those are essential, but I hope you share more than just one or two. And I hope you have interests that I don't share at the moment, but which I might be tempted to try and, eventually, enjoy.

I like to think that I've got a reasonable personality and a good sense of humour, and that I'd have as much to offer in a relationship as I'd hope to gain, but perhaps that's for others to decide. Perhaps you?
