Although I normally consider myself quite eloquent, I find I always have trouble when it comes to that big box headed "about me". I'm not really sure what to say, especially in front of so many people who may not yet be friends.

Well, facts first. I'm male, 26, moderately tall and of slim/athletic build, with hair often dyed some extravagant colour and a beard which may appear or disappear every few weeks unless someone I care about requests that my appearance remain constant.

The main obsession in my life is creativity in general, there's nearly nothing I enjoy more than being able to have fun and produce something beautiful (or at least have a chance of doing so) at the end. I'm interested in drawing and painting, trying to compose music, programming interesting peculiarities and writing poetry and prose.

A few years ago I experimented with hypnosis, and felt some kind of instinctive belief that I was doing it well. I don't know how well this compares to my actual level of talent, but to have the basic feeling that I'm good at something is a desire too strong to ignore. So now I won't ignore any opportunity to engage those skills, whether the reasons are therapeutic, playful or erotic.

I guess I should add that when it comes to the erotic (especially in hypnosis, but also in any kind of D/s activity), the thrill for me comes from the impression "this person trusts me completely". So unlike some hypno-Doms I've encountered (thankfully a minority), I have no interest in making someone into a mindless sex-slave who came to me seeking relief from stress. Not because I suffer from a stricter morality or over-active conscience, but simply because that side of my personality is more excited by the giving of consent than by the simple state of control.

On the subject of morality - and hoping I don't ramble long enough to overstep whatever limit of characters or words this profile box might have - I am happy to confess that I consider myself entirely amoral. It just happens that the things which bring pleasure to me are almost entirely constructive.

And, as this seems to be a site for kinky people, I guess that aspect of my personality deserves a mention. I'm into erotic hypnosis - imagine your body moving to obey, your own intentions irrelevant, or imaginary shackles whose weight is tangible and real to you, or being able to step into roleplay completely, experiencing the world through different eyes and feeling so vividly a fantasy that could otherwise be impossible. I'm also something of a masochist, although still no more than curious about how far this sensation can take me. Finally, I have yet to hear of any activity I'm entirely opposed to trying. If you can explain how something appeals to you, I expect I'd understand well enough at least to try it once.
