UPDATE

First things first - I am not going to be around much for a while so if I don't reply to a memo please don't take it personally - it may just be that I am not around to reply. I have a lot of end-of-year uni work atm so don't get as much time on IC as I used to.

I have just realised, thanks to a certain set of DVD's, that I have a waistcoat and cufflinks kink... it's the waistcoat more than anything - the cufflinks are an added bonus. Now, where to find a man who wear waistcoats, and not just at weddings....

The Random Waffling Bit : I despise labels - top, dom, bottom, sub or slave - they all mean different things to different people. I draw distinctions far more than a lot of other people do, I think, but my distinctions are different to other people's. So I dislike using labels. I know they can help people instantly know how the other person identifies generally, but it still doesn't suit me.

Basically I'm confused! I call myself what I like and I'm having fun with it. I might not fit into the typical idea of what each label should mean, and I probably contradict myself, but I think we are always learning, and what, nearly a decade after I realised I was sub I am now accepting other sides to me and letting them out.

Isn't that what's important? Having fun with this? Yes, it's a serious part of my very serious identity, but more than that, it's meant to be enjoyable.

Conclusion - mainly sub, happy to only sub, but I do have a slight switchy side. I could not be with someone who is only sub as my sub side is the larger part of me, but happy to explore things with a switch, or purely a dom.

Also, I really want a girl to dom me at some point ... but I don't do casual play really.... this is so confusing!

The Vanilla Side : Well, you should have realised that I am very talkative. I love gaming, reading, listening to a variety of music... all the usual boring stuff really. I want to travel a lot more - have been to some lovely places and want to see more of the world. I love science, although I admit I find many concepts harder to understand than I would like.

So, if you want to chat, memo me here. I don't use the chat without exchanging memos first, so you won't get an answer if you try that. I'm really just wanting to get to know people, chat, hopefully meet some of you the next time I venture out. I'm not really nasty - as long as you are nice when you talk to me, I'll be nice back. Promise.

Now, let's see if my attempt to use the codes to make my titles bold will work - It did last time but my major edit (seriously, I have just got rid of about half the text) may have exploded things.....
