Welcome to my little corner of IC.

An introduction...

I'm a bisexual switch, not really all that into the 'scene' as such but lets say I have an avid interest...just starting out going to munches, and hoping to make it to some more events soon.

I am looking for friends here, to get to know some folks who share my passions and perversions, learn what I can and have some fun. I am not looking for a partner, I already have one, so please don't memo me if you are looking for more than friendship and lively discussion, which is almost allways interesting.

I would love to chat to anyone about anything, always looking to expand my horizons.

I love to switch.....switching for me is inherent...but also logical...I am two people, (typical bloody Gemini...tho I don't actually believe in astrology)...one submits, ...One does not.

I'll sit at your feet and serve you, light your cigarette's and bend to your will....but I'll also take you by the collar, accept your service and use it, taunt, tease and terrify you until you are transported......

I'm articulate, multi-faceted, emotional, (and not afraid or ashamed of it) yet analytical, educated, creative and as the title I appear under may suggest…I prefer to be more active in the twilight hours. I read a lot and write, although I don't have enough time to work on my creative projects as I would like, doesn't life have an irritating way of devouring the hours?

I adore music, it paints my life, adding a dash of light there, a postcard here, or a mirror for me to stare into and examine the 'soul' (if such a thing exists as more than a concept) that stares back. It has been a part of my inner and outer life as long as memory serves in a way nothing else I have encountered has. It's also bloody great fun to dance to, and create.

I love people, so many ideas in the world, so many different brains and viewpoints, I respect the opinions of others, but I won't hesitate to engage in debate, or point out if I think injustice or ridiculousness is occurring. Prepare to justify any opinions that you feel I should respect; I will try to explain mine to you if ever you wish to challenge me on them. I am quite prepared to change my views, however firmly they may seem to be held, if I am presented with a more clearly reasoned, better substantiated one. New evidence always interests me in subjects close to my heart, whether scientific, spiritual (if 'evidence' is a concept that can be used in this context) political, or otherwise amongst the whole delightful, frightening, ever changing planet I co-habit on.

I love passionately, I see no point in doing it otherwise, and would rather have loved and lost, than missed out on the numerous things I have learned from both the pleasures and the pain.

I'm full of surprises, as you will probably soon discover but I am genuine in my interactions. Lies, pretense and generally acting in a manipulative manner will see you swiftly ejected from the sprawling web of people I interact with. I only take so much from people before I shut the gates and bar the door these days, its not because I enjoy this procedure, but because much as I care for my fellow human beings, there is no-one on this earth who knows how to look after me as well as I do, and after many years of considering others to the point of my own serious detriment, I now give myself enough respect to walk away before I am in danger of having my person ignored, used, abused or otherwise treated without the respect I hope I have earned.

Wow, some of that sounds a little dramatic. Perhaps, but then…that's just a side of me that you'll love or hate.

People who message me with the opening line " a/s/l" are going to suffer the extremely painful consequences should I ever meet them.

And NO, you wouldn't enjoy it.
