Been away for a while pursuing other, non-kinky interests, but spring is upon us (sort of), the weather is about to improve (in theory) and the time is right (I hope) for me to start mooching around the scene again.

So, introductions. I'm a 28-year-old Northerner. I've been in London for just over a year now - when I originally updated this profile, just as I moved south, I was using this little corner of the net to pre-emptively apologise in case I got in someone's way on the tube. Now I simmer and seethe like a true cockney if someone takes just a bit too long feeding his paper ticket into a barrier. Funny how things change.

I'm a switch. I know, I know, male subs and switches are now Britain's most plentiful resource (if only we burnt a little better, we'd have solved all our energy problems a long time ago). Most of my experience has been as a sub: I like to think it's because I've been lucky enough to know a fair few strong, dominant women; I like to think that because the other implicit explanation - that I'm more enjoyable to be around when I'm tied and gagged - is a little depressing. I'm quite open-minded as to what I'd like to get from this (no shopping lists, no evil plans). I have no agenda other than, well, I enjoy it, and it's always nice to meet people to enjoy it with. Life's more interesting when you turn off the Sat Nav and see where the flow takes you. (Incidentally, this line doesn't work too well if you try it on your boss three hours after you were due to arrive in Stoke for a meeting.)

I'm a huge bookworm, and a nice thing about this site is that it generally seems quite well-read. I'm currently going through a fat Russian novel phase, while also reading up on philosophy and trying to memorise quotes that might make me sound intelligent. I've tried my hand at kinky writing, too - you can find a short piece I wrote for this site, somewhere on my profile (pretend that hunting for it is a game or something). It's something I might keep doing, if I can only find a good story and a Descartes line I can somehow shoehorn into a paragraph about anal beads.
