London was ablaze. The country had gone soft and this was the result. Schools were turning out hooligans because school teachers were too soft. The law enforcement agencies weren't allowed to hurt anyone's feelings, which just meant the riotous took over. So literally the mob set the place alight.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Who could the country turn to now? Well, the country didn't really have a choice. The time had come for FranticMaster.
