In every relationship there is a responsibility to one another. A responsibility for clear and open honest communication as without that there is no relationship. This is something I have learned the hard way. Every lesson is a valuable one in life, you just have to know how to turn the negative into a positive. It is not always easy to find the silver lining to the grey clouds that pass through our lives but when they disappear you know that there will be sunlight again. This is where I am now, a grey cloud has passed out of my sphere and the sunlight is slowly warming the cold spots which have been left behind. I know that one day much sooner than expected I will find warmth again.

Just for the record I am not a "new" submissive. I have many years experience within the D/s dynamic, longest relationship was 9 years and far from being a novice! As such I know what I like and do not like so the ticks on the interest list are all relevant! Most I have tried some wanting to.

Having been here a little while now I just want to thank some people who are truly what they say they are and can be relied upon to be themselves, open and honest.

Ian you truly are a gent, coaxing me from my corner when I feel the need to protect myself. Even without me being aware of it! Your friendship and support mean the world to me. Thank you for all you give.
