DUNGEONS/CHAMBERS TO HIRE FOR MISTRESSES, ONE TO ONE, GROUPS OR PARTIES. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR FILM SHOOTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Exodus is unique in many ways. It has large riveted steel girders and posts throughout the building, giving Exodus that industrial and historic feel. Its ceiling are high, giving a feel of space and room to move, and the sounds some of these rooms give back to you, are “Out of this World” But in some of the rooms we have incorporated an elegant and sophisticated look to complement the harshness of the steel. The furniture that is made on site also has that industrial feel, but is softly padded and covered in high grade leather that warms to the touch. I suppose you can say this 19 roomed premises, it is a little like “Beauty and the Beast”, Steel and Silk, Fear and Comfort.
The WareHouse. TWO huge rooms, still as there were when they were vacated many years ago, with high girder ceilings, arched windows and glass skylights. There are not many places like this left in this country, and these rooms make an ideal place for filming or photo shoots, or maybe indoor pony play events. In these rooms. LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD.

You can hire any of the rooms seen on here by the hour, day or overnight . For sessions, filming, photo shoots and parties. We have given you an example of what furniture you can expect in the room you choose, but if there is a particular piece of furniture you want in the room, ask on booking and we will make sure it is in place for you. Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate is available free of charge before and after your booking.
Exodus refreshes its room regularly. As the furniture is made on the premises, new and different pieces appear often, so you will not get bored. New rooms or different use of the rooms also happens, so you always have something new to explore.
Exodus is very close to Birmingham City Center, with its own private walled car parks. There is a good inexpensive hotel close by, large supermarket and a NEW shopping complex opening very shortly all within a few minutes' walk. Booking is easy, call our office or mobile lines and we can discuss your requirements

Disabled access is now complete The hand rails are on the ramp, and painted. There is now NO excuse for our friends who have there own "wheels" not to come and party and play. The rest of exodus is all on one level except the underground cell.
Please Note: Exodus is not a CLUB, we hold a private parties once a month by invitation ONLY.

EXODUS DUNGEON RULES AND PROTCOLS
1. RESPECT OTHER PEOPLES PLAY AND SPACE.
2. NO FOOD, DRINKS, GLASSES OR CUPS (OTHER THAN PLASTIC BOTTLED WATER) IN ANY DUNGEON AREAS.
3. PLEASE CLEAN ANY DUNGEON FURINTURE USES AFTER PLAY WITH SPRAYS PROVIDED.
4. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DUNGEON FURNITURE AS SEATING, LOUNGE AREAS ARE PROVIDED FOR AFTER PLAY CARE. DUNGEONS SHOULD BE USED BY PEOPLE WHO WISH TO PLAY ONLY.
5. USE THE MEDICAL ROOM RESPONSIBLY AND USE SHARPS BIN PROVIDED.
6. NO PHOTOGRAPHY, THIS INCLUDES MOBILE PHONES, IN ANY ROOM EXCEPT THE DEDICATED PHOTOGRAPHY ROOM, WITHOUT PERMISION OF THE MANAGEMENT. IF ANYONE IS FOUND TAKING PHOTOS THEY WILL BE ASKED TO DELETE ALL PHOTOS FROM THEIR CAMERA OR PHONE.
7. PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF THE FIRE EXITS AND ASSEMBLY POINTS. MAPS OF EXODUS AND THE FIRE EXITS ARE PLACED IN EVERY ROOM.
8. DO NOT ENTER THE WORK SHOP AREA WITHOUT PERMISION AND A GUIDE.
9. PLEASE ENTER AND LEAVE THE BUILDING QUIETLY.
10. NO ILEGAL DRUGS ARE ALLOWED ON THESE PREMISES, THIS INCLUDES CANNABIS BASED DRUGS, ANYONE FOUND USING OR IN POSSESSION OF DRUGS WILL BE ESCORTED FROM THE BUILDING AND EXCLUDED FROM ANY FURTHER EVENTS HELD AT THESE PREMISES.
11. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLE.
12. RESPECT EXODUS AND THE WORK WE ARE DOING, PLEASE PUT YOUR RUBISH IN THE BINS PROVIDED, AND REPECT OUR RULES.
