I practice mindfulness, live according to strong ethics, love the outdoors, work hard during the week and relax/enjoy life as much as possible the rest of the time. I'm a learnaholic, realist (with optimistic tendencies) and have a hobby mix quite unlike anyone I've ever met: from mundane, geeky and introverted to gregarious and extreme.

I like my body and look after it, enjoying both good physical and mental health. I find intelligence, compassion, social awareness, ethical living and happiness to be the most attractive traits in people that I meet.

Vanilla interests in no particular order: good company, time to myself, summer evenings, photography (mostly landscape), home cinema, electronic and classical music, good food, cocktails and an otherwise drug and animal product free life.

Whilst I'm not sure how many people who know me well would be shocked to find I'm into BDSM, I choose to keep the two separate - it's just easier that way. I've visited fetish clubs, munches and fairs in the past, but it doesn't really appeal to me these days. I'm much more into the privacy of one's home and forging strong, non-superficial friendships.
