If you're wondering about my screen-name, it's Scots Gaelic, roughly translates as "Black Rock". I've also been known to answer to “Badger”.

I'm bi (heteroflexible sapiosexual, if you want to get technical), poly, neo-pagan, a biker and a geek, with a fairly eclectic music taste.

I identify as a submissive who can switch. How that works very much depends with who I'm playing with and what they enjoy. Most of my experience has been as a Top and while this is a roll I enjoy, I'd like to see if I can bottom to the right person. I've definitely got a masochistic streak, I crave stimulation and have a fairly high pain threshold, but I can be very stubborn about letting go of control, plus I have issues with chronic pain and a varying degree of physical disability. I'm curious about exploring a D/s dynamic, something along the lines of a Knight and his Lady, possibly with a degree of fluidity to the power exchange.

I do like some extremes of play, it's true, but it probably fair to say that's as much about the intimacy and trust involved, bouncing off each other and getting into each others heads, shared experience and the mental and emotional connections that play can intensify. That sense of connection is important to me, more so than how hard you can push and how close to the edge you can dance, though that can be fun too... :D
