cake... i love it... vanilla tea cake... hummingbird cake... madeira cake... orange cupcakes... battenberg cake... you name it and the chances are i love it... and i love people who bake...
nothing quite like arriving some place or other and being greeted by the alluring aroma of something fresh from the oven...
the simple act of taking a few ingredients and mixing them together before popping them into a hot oven for a while is something close to magic for me and i think that more people should be doing it...
bin the kipling crap and make it yourself... it costs less... it tastes better and as an added bonus you get the pleasure of making it as well...
